Living Legacy had zero sales from January through May 2024. Meaningful activity only began in June, leaving the brand without an organic foundation, search history, or ranking momentum for the most commercially significant months of the year.

Built PPC on a structured, scalable foundation
Rebuilt the full PPC account from the ground up — campaign architecture, match types, bid strategy, and negative keyword lists. ACOS dropped from 75% in Q4 2024 to 25.6% by Q4 2025. ROAS improved from 1.33 to 3.91. TACOS compressed from 28% down to 13.7% — all while total revenue grew 6x.

Organic Growth

Used PPC investment to build lasting organic rank

Rather than running PPC purely for conversion, AONE used spend strategically to build keyword rankings for high-intent memorial gifting terms. Organic sales grew from $5,593 in 2024 to $23,251 in 2025 — a 315% increase — with organic share rebuilding quarter-over-quarter as PPC efficiency improved.

Product Strategy

Concentrated spend on the hero ASIN and seasonal SKUs
The Living Legacy QR Code Memorial Plaque (2×2) became the anchor product, generating 773 units and $45,053 in 2025 sales — 81% of total revenue. Christmas ornament SKUs launched in time for Q4 peak to capture seasonal gifting demand through the holiday window.

Seasonality & Promotions

Aligned ad spend with mid-week and peak-week demand cycles
Data showed Wednesday and Tuesday as the highest-demand days, with Weeks 2–4 outperforming Week 1. Bids and budgets were front-loaded to mid-week cycles, reducing wasted end-of-month spend. Promotional spend was held for Q4 gifting windows, avoiding margin erosion in off-peak months.
