Core Issue

What Was
the Issue.

Tot Talk had a real product and loyal customer base, but no structured advertising approach, no multi-pack strategy, and no plan to grow into a gift-ready category.

01
Advertising was underdirected

PPC was heavily reactive, not strategic
Paid search drove 63% of 2024 revenue, yet the brand leaned overwhelmingly on organic discovery with no plan to accelerate visibility. Rebranding and inventory constraints in mid 2025 meant structure was collapsing before it had fully formed.

02
Organic potential was underleveraged

Emerging SKUs were driving growth but ignored
Higher-AOV, higher margin products had no focused advertising support behind them. Newer lines like Dinosaur and speciality multi packs were gaining organic traction but remained heavily under promoted. Valuable demand went uncaptured, leaving many ready to buy customers completely unaware these products existed.

03
Q4 demand went uncaptured every year

The brand never fully leveraged its seasonal peak
Footwear is a naturally gift driven product, and Q4 demand from seasonal and holiday shoppers is both substantial and predictable. Without a converting inventory and promotions strategy built around that window, the brand missed its single largest revenue opportunity year after year.

Key Fixes

What We Fixed.

Amazon Advertising

Built PPC on top of a strong organic foundation

Amazon advertising campaigns were rebuilt across keywords, placement, and display, bringing PPC’s revenue share down from 37% to 30% while lifting ROAS from 2.7 to 3.3. Ad spend dropped to 18%, the most efficient quarter of the year, and blended TACOS improved to 18%, a growth lever rather than a substitute for organic demand.

Catalogue Strategy

Concentrated spend on multi-packs and high-AOV bundles

Seventy percent of the PPC budget was redirected toward the strongest multi-pack SKUs, including the Geography Placemats 4-Pack, which pushed Q2 growth from 13% to 32% year on year. The Construction Educational Placemat rose 120% and the Everyday Skills 4-Pack delivered 382% through targeted ad expansion.

Seasonality & Promotions

Executed a full Q4 strategy for the first time

Advertising budgets were aligned accordingly. Q4 campaigns brought together deal stacking, always on ad support, and sharper inventory planning to drive sales before revenue softened. Total revenue reached $165,230, up from $162,338 the prior year, establishing a stable platform for a stronger baseline heading into 2026.

Amazon SEO

Grow organic sales alongside PPC, not in competition with it

Organic sales grew to $61K in 2025 from $60K in 2024, a small but intentional step, capitalizing on PPC to boost rankings and preserve visibility for the long haul instead of just conversions. AONE compounded organic growth for two and a half years, reducing long term TACOS and establishing search authority the brand had never had before.

Client Testimonial

AONE turned what we had into something we're genuinely proud of. Our products were always good - we just needed the right team to make sure the right people could actually find them. The growth we saw in 2025 exceeded anything we'd planned for.
